How to play Kalooki?

each player and the remaining cards are placed face up, in the middle of
the table to form the discard pile. The play starts from the dealer’s left
side in clockwise manner and one card is discarded by each player in his
turn either from the stock pile or from the discard pile. The main
objective of the players is to form melds by creating either sets of three
or more cards from the same rank or forming sequences of three or more
cards from the same suit. The discarding is compulsory in the game and
unless all the cards in your hand are not used in melding, you ought to
put a card on the top of the discard pile in your turn. And this is done

as playing Rummy with little changes.
Kalooki strategy
The experienced Kalooki players always follow some good
strategy to play this game of cards. Their first strategy is to remove all
cards which are in their hands. To win a turn of Kalooki 51, many players
as the part of their strategy either use Going out option or Hunt option.
But Hunt option is the first option of the players. If a player wins a
turn then his opponents get the penalty score due to him. So if you are
playing the game then you should try to win the turn with the help of Hunt
option and also it is important for you to defeat your opponents with as
many penalty scores as possible. If you are choosing ‘Go Out’ option, you
are getting only 20 points as a reward.
We know that in Gin Rummy players lay off their cards to win the turn but
it doesn’t happen in Kalooki. Therefore you can not use the left out cards
to match winner’s melds. So you should always remember that if you have
cards of higher values then you may get higher penalty points. The card
Joker is used by many players as a part of good strategy to win a turn of
